– The QR code displayed in e-ticket, which is just valid for first time scanning by event organizer on event date, need to be keep secret in your side and NOT share to others.
– If the customer receive e-ticket with wrong information, pls contact us immediately for assistance.
– If the customer changes their mind about purchasing the product after it has been paid, the customer will be responsible for all happened costs.
– We will not be responsible for any discrepancies in e-ticket which is not informed by customer’s side not later than 2 month before event date.
